Job description:
We are design-build company focusing on ADU and backyard Shed products. This role requires someone who is self-motivated, proactive in solving problems, and a good communicator both verbally and with written communications. Establishing relationships with customers and working well with team members will be key for both short-term and long-term success.
Responsibilities:
- Working directly with clients on ADU design, office Shed design and backyard
improvements. - Designing more products to add to the product list.
- Modifying existing products based on custom requirements from clients.
- Creating architectural package for City submittal and working with the city on obtaining
Building permits for ADU’s. - Creating, modifying production drawings for our products.
- Coordinating engineering consultants.
Skills:
- Experience in residential architectural drawings.
- Strong technical architectural skills.
- Experience with SketchUp, ArchiCAD (preferred) or Revit.
- Interest in working on Products
